I appreciate the space and the service they provided

Liked:The rooms were wonderfully decorated and kept clean when they periodically checked on the guests. They were accommodating to the group and kept our event discrete. The food in the morning was amazing and the variety was very accommodating to every dietary need.

18 story hotel with multiple broken elevators.

Liked:This is the WORST Hilton I have ever stayed in; unfortunately for 3 nights. This is an 18 story hotel with 3 of 5 elevators Broken. Long wait lines of 15 to 30+ minutes. The sink in our room did not drain but it was finally repaired right before we left with extremely stinky smell. Ice was only available on some floors but not on 5th floor where we stayed. I won't even start how awful the breakfast was. We were told that if we accepted the buffet we could order custom eggs, omelets etc so we agreed to the $25 charge each. There was no one to order anything from. Needless to say, we refused to eat there again. The only good review is that staff were friendly and apologetic. Very disappointed in Hilton!!!!!

Love the Hilton Hotel Richardson

Liked:The location was good although the grounds were torn up due to a necessary upgrade in water lines. The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful the rooms were clean and well maintained. I believe the value for my money was very good. The entire Hotel was very clean and every staff member I came in contact with, was wonderful very helpful very professional and very personable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to family and friends. The food was also very good in the banquet area and in the restaurant area.
