Tranquil and very pleasant modern apartments with gardens and parking in a great location in Ribeira Grande.

Liked:The apartments are in a very private and tranquil location yet only a few minutes’ walk from the central facilities of Ribeira Grande. Comfortable living area and bedroom and a good size bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen area was well-equipped too for fairly simple home cooking using the hob and microwave. Too cold to use the pool but lovely outdoor seating areas, nicely maintained.

Disliked:The only minor issue was that it took a really long time for the shower to get hot. The kitchen bins had colour coded bags but there were no instructions about what to put in each bin.

Great stay for our family of 4 - End of March

Liked:We stayed as a family of four with two young children (ages 6 and 9), and the experience was wonderful. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any request or question. We were greeted with a thoughtful gift upon arrival, which made our stay feel even more special. The villa is secure and gated, with convenient parking inside the property. It’s perfectly located, regularly cleaned, and very well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay as a family.

Disliked:The only small downside was that the sofa bed mattress was a bit thin, which made it slightly less comfortable for sleeping. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Quiet 2 BR haven in beautiful Ribiera Grande.

Liked:Cool location, near a quiet town square, front patio and spacious private back patio. Modern design, all new build, pretty swimming pool. Two dedicated parking spaces on the street for the rentals. Welcome basket and coffee maker very thoughtful and helpful. Great restaurants within easy walk. Two beautiful churches nearby kept time. Single story property but must be ambulatory to climb exterior stairs to enter property.

Disliked:Communication with management requires data or wifi to get check in instructions. Otherwise, it was lovely.
