Cleanliness8.0

Mostly described as very clean in multiple reviews, but one guest reported an unclean shower/sink and rusty towel hooks, so cleanliness is slightly below top marks.

Service8.8

Consistently praised: staff described as extraordinarily nice, very helpful and attentive (24/7 reception noted), justifying a strong positive score.

Location8.7

Highly convenient location: near the harbour/port, sea views, quiet area outside old town and easy taxi access from the airport; overall a strong location score.

Room Quality7.5

Mixed room quality: functional and comfortable bed/AC/fridge/balcony reported, but multiple complaints about small bathrooms/ narrow showers, drab curtains and an accordion bathroom door affecting privacy.

Amenities8.8

Good amenities noted: pool (usable even before/after check-in), hotel café, parking opposite the hotel, fridge, AC, hairdryer and available rental cars; amenities are a clear positive.

Value for Money8.6

Mostly positive value impressions (several guests called price-performance perfect), though one review explicitly said 'not value for money', resulting in a slightly above-target score.

Food and Beverage8.0

Mixed F&B: some guests praised the breakfast ("had everything") and the hotel café, while one guest reported a cold breakfast; overall slightly above average but not flawless.

Overall Experience8.8

General recommendations and positive overall impressions (quiet, friendly staff, good location and amenities) lead to a strong overall experience rating.

A premium experience for an affordable price

Liked:Staff were absolutely amazing! Great location close to the New and Old Town, and right next to the sea. Very clean and room was comfortable. Great value for money if you are looking for somewhere cheap/moderate in price whilst still feeling like a premium experience :)

Disliked:Only slight complaint was the pool is not too big, but it was also quiet when we went so was not really an issue at all.

An average two-star hotel with pros and cons.

Liked:The staff were very nice. The pool and the bar add to the appeal of the hotel. I could rent a car from the hotel so I didn't have to look for a car rental service in the city. The beach, some shops and bars are pretty close to the hotel. We were offered an airport transfer, which was convenient, the driver was very kind and helpful.

Disliked:The room could have been cleaner and in better condition especially the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate but do not expect something special. As the hotel is located at a roundabout, it was a bit noisy because of the heavy traffic.

Excellent location and a lovely welcoming hotel.

Liked:The location was perfect- close to the main town and historic areas, but also 5 minutes from a lovely beach and walking distance to the port. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was nice being in a family run hotel. The hotel is in a residential area and was quiet, yet with all the services you need close by. The room was simple, clean and ideal for a short stay. We visited lovely restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice. Would absolutely recommend to others and happily return for another visit,

Disliked:Nothing-
