overall bad experience

Liked:Location of the hotel was good and the staff was helpful. After we got sick (we had norovirus) they have sent plain food in the room because we were not able to eat much.

Disliked:Furniture from the room was a bit smelly. There was a lot of noise in the mornings. Also normal food from the restaurant of the hotel was not so good. Me and my wife started to have stomach problems after the first 2 days (a doctor came to our room to see us and prescribe treatment) so part of the vacation was compromised.

Liked:We booked half board, but we were kindly upgraded to all-inclusive free of charge. This was a lovely gesture, and we really appreciated it - thank you very much! We also requested a quiet room on one of the upper floors, and the hotel accommodated our request. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to make the guests’ stay enjoyable.

Disliked:The hotel is quite dated and unfortunately shows considerable signs of wear in many areas, including old furniture, worn flooring, and an unpleasant smell in some places. The location is convenient for reaching both the Old Town and the beach, but the building is surrounded by busy, noisy roads. Unfortunately, we also found the quality of the food rather disappointing.

Liked:Classic hotel with a good location, very clean. Excellent varied food. Friendly staff. Also liked the music shows they had by the pool in the evenings.

Disliked:Very poor internet, both in the room and in the lobby. Not enough electrical sockets in the room. To charge your phone near the bed you need to unplug the bedside lamp. The room also needs a drying rack.

Good value comfortable stay. The pool was great and good proximity to the old town

Liked:Pool was great and free towels great. The burgers at poolside were great value and really tasty. Spacious rooms with balcony. Bath in the room surprisingly big. Flavoured water at reception a nice touch.

Disliked:Slippery floors around the pool. Although the free popcorn at poolside is a nice thought, it needs to be refreshed throughout the day, tasted like cardboard. Service was a little slow; some staff really friendly but not all, a few didn’t look very happy to be there.
