Overall great value, recommend and would stay again

Liked:We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great. Bus stop 12 was literally 2-min walk away so it was easy for us to join the day tours. Supermarkets were also 10-min walk away. I also liked that the apartment had every facility I needed such as washing machine, dryer, and oven. The host’s customer service responded very fast. The apartment was spacious and it was comfortable for us as a group of 3.

Disliked:When we arrived, we found the sofa bed was dirty. There were hair and yellow stains. Then customer service helped me find a new sheet. The digital lock had some problems, so we were locked out twice. Although customer service solved it in a few minutes, it was not nice that it happened twice.

Stay together family location

Liked:Great space we took the two bedroom with two bathrooms among the 3 of us . It can easily stay 5 adults if needed .

Comfortable, easy access and great location.

Liked:Very comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. Good cooking facilities. Very good shower and washing facilities. Excellent location and great that its close to bus Stop 12, which is a convenient and regular pick up point for tours. Safe and secure access. Excellent TV (we watched some world cup games). Good adjustable lighting in all areas.

Disliked:I think a more comfortable Sofa and more soft furnishings / paintings etc. would make it more homely.

Overall good stay but renter beware of parking/laundry

Liked:Overall location was very walkable, facilities were very safe, secure, clean, and spacious. Had initial access issues but quick responsive staff got us in.

Disliked:Parking garage was highly confusing, need far better instructions felt lost and left to park on street...wouldn't recommend if cannot find street parking. A big selling point was washer /dryer in unit but highly inefficient took 8 hrs to wash 3-4 loads and had to get creative with drying racks, hair dryer, and heated floors to get everything dry by morning.
