Great location and very good breakfast.

Liked:The hotel is beautiful. The room we got was huge corner located, we love it. An amazing view to great part of the city. Breakfast was very good and varied. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to most of the downtown interest sites. Definitely a hotel we want to come back. 100% recommend.

Liked:Location handy for Grandi

Disliked:Room noisy - some sort of boiler rumbled through the wall most of the night and rain gutters outside or above my window unusually promoted the sound of loud splashing. I couldn't figure out how it was happening.

A Great Stay at Reykjavik’s Grandi by Center Hotels -

Liked:Grandi by Center Hotels is a comfortable and welcoming hotel when visiting Reykjavik. It is conveniently located near the old harbor, the whale watching excursions, the lava experience, and other family-friendly sites. The hotel is also within walking distance of restaurants and all the attractions in the city’s center. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; the buffet breakfast included with the cost of the room was ample. The hotel has a great bar, a restaurant, and a spa. It was a fantastic and affordable place to stay and is our go-to hotel when in Reykjavik. Enjoy!

Liked:Stylish decor. Really friendly staff. Located in the harbour district about 5 mins from a bus stop and some food places. About 10-15 min walk from central plaza. Breakfast was great.

Disliked:Only minor complaint, the room was actually a little hot and the window latch was a little confusing.
