Liked:Comfy hotel. Loved the warm bathroom floors. Great location to walk around town without the hub of being inside raykjavic.

Disliked:Daily charge to store luggage when staying for 3 nights before and 2 nights after our tour and travelling with a company that uses the hotel regularly for their clients.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable in a great location.

Liked:The room was very comfortable and spacious, I loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the bed was very comfy and squishy so we slept great. We stayed in reykjavik for our 10 year anniversary and the staff had put out a complimentary fruit/chocolate platter in the room for our arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made it feel extra special. We also had an excellent view of the harbour from our room! Also the hotel is right next to bus stop 12, where excursions can do pick up so this was very convenient as it was right on our doorstep. It was only a 15 minute walk into the city centre.

Disliked:There was nothing major that we didn't like it was all great. If anything, I would say that the room did get quite warm but you could open the windows; i know Iceland doesn't typically have air con, and it was unseasonably warm when we were there.

Good base for city travel.

Liked:Location and cleanliness.

Disliked:Room was really hot at night. Open the window but then you had to shut the blind to block out the light, so a waste of time.
