Disliked:I booked this hotel specifically for the airport transportation. Our flight was late and when I called at 11 they said transportation stops at 11, but nothing was noted on the website about running times. Transportation back to the airport was 30 min after our pick uo time.

Easy access to the T...strange vibes

Liked:The location was perfect for our needs, being steps away from the subway station. It felt a bit discomfiting to find a midrange property in an upscale setting. While responding adequately when asked, the entire front desk staff seemed more interested in chatting by themselves than attending to guests. Breakfast selections were okay but the set-up was not always on time. May stay again for the location, but will likely search for other options.

Service was good all besides with the pool

Liked:Rooms where clean and view was nice

Disliked:The pool was shut down sign on the door says the state shut it down when I asked about it because the website still showed that it was running and there I was pretty much told sorry for my luck and nothing was done about it or compensated for it there was no bathtubs in the room like the picture shows very disappointing I was looking forward to having fun with my family in the pool
