WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Liked:DO NOT waste your money staying here!!! When we pulled up to the hotel there was a man and a woman in the front doing drugs and when I told the receptionist when we were checking in, she said they were visiting a guest in the hotel. That led me to believe they purchased the drugs at the hotel. The receptionist wasn’t even bothered that she had two individuals drugged out in front of the hotel. Just business as usual. Then we could not get a decent nights sleep because we had a couple across from us that were fighting and screaming all through the night and into the early hours of the morning and a school trip with a bunch of teenagers that thought it was appropriate to scream and run up and down the halls at midnight. When we called the front desk to complain, they said they would take care of it but it continued throughout our stay. I could sum up this hotel in one word: GHETTO! It doesn’t even deserve one star! If I could give it negative stars I would!

Facility was fine and good location for our needs.

Liked:When we checked in,made a point of saying breakfast was available in am...we did partake of some of the breakfast,but ate minimally because we were going to a luncheon..did note sign on way out w prices for food.. unfortunately we were under the impression that since it had been mentioned at check in, and we had been to many hotels that had complimentary breakfast s, that this was complimentary also..very disappointed on check out when I asked if breakfast had been complimentary, and was told no,$15.99 each..did not add it to Bill, we have receipt, did attach it to receipt received in mail.

Great hotel. Nice location. 24 hour shuttle service to the airport.

Liked:We liked the fact that the Logan airport shuttle ran 24 hours a day. We had an early morning flight the next morning.
