Red Roof was a let down and I deserve money back

Liked:The staff went above and beyond to help with the issues we experienced.

Disliked:The floor was soaked from AC issues, the toilet seat was broken, the key card deactivated and needed to be fixed. There were no other rooms available, so we had to deal with it. No maintenance, so the poor ladies from the front desk had to resolve the issues. God bless them! By the way, the outlet switch was installed backwards to where off is on, and no wall thermostat though there is a note stating to use the wall thermostat. The toilet had very little pressure, so you had to flush multiple times, even just for urine.

OK for one night

Liked:Bed was comfortable and staff was polite and helpful. Sheets and towels were very clean

Disliked:Noise--could hear too much from outside, in the hall and other rooms. Bathroom floor not really clean. Toilet seat not secured and I almost fell off at one point. Was surprised by the $100 room security fee.

I was satisfied with basic comfortable accommodations.

Liked:No frills, just basic comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. Large comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave,TV, recharging station, AC.

Disliked:Shower floor slippery, water exceedingly hot, shower head not flexible. Connecting door to next room should be more secure. Entrance door sticks and has gap to the frame. Housekeeping attempt to come in at 10:30 AM while we were having a little breakfast and packing. Patrons with dogs should be in one area of building when possible. The dog next door barked but was not excessive. None of the above would stop me from returning.
