Friendly staff, comfortable stay, with a few things to improve

Liked:The staff was very kind, communicative, and helpful. We payed for 7 nights but only could stay 4 (entirely our fault); they offered a dinner for compensation and 20% discount on their tours. We enjoyed the dinner and would like to congratulate the chef.

Disliked:We found both the room name, “Villa Delux,” and the photos somewhat misleading. For the price, the room felt quite small, and the outdoor area, with just one chair and two small tables, offered very little privacy as it is located right at the hotel entrance. Guests and staff are constantly walking past. The breakfast was buffet only one morning, on the other days they served fixed portions.

Liked:The staff were very kind and helpful but I feel they are expected to do far too much! Walk to beach within minutes.

Disliked:Facilities poor and dirty! Fridge had mould in it, bath did not work, furniture and bedding stained. Sharp metal piece on stair handrail tore my dress...could have given someone a nasty cut! Not worth paying the extra for balcony that has no view and overlooks entrance area (no privacy) One morning guests were served mouldy bread for breakfast

Reasonable option for Rashdoo stay

Liked:Very lovely and helpful staff. Good price/value. A quite hotel in a peaceful island. They upgraded to family room which is so nice. Island's beach and water is not so good for swimming or snorkeling, but staff help you to arrange excursions, we did so.

Disliked:Do not expect so much for breakfast variety but still it's ok. Hotel doesn't have restauratnt but there are good options near arround.
