Extremely poor value for money. Only a complete sucker would choose this place.

Liked:Apart from the ocean view from the window and the short walk to Bikini Beach, this hotel has no advantages—and that sea view is not worth the price.

Disliked:The hotel price, including environmental tax, was as high as $180 per night, but after we checked in, it dropped by half? Yet the cleanliness in the room is the same as a $30-per-night place. There are many uncleaned corners, especially in the bathroom, and ants everywhere. I can’t understand why such an expensive hotel doesn’t even provide facial tissues, and the toilet paper is so thin that it tears as soon as it gets wet. At other hotels, the environmental tax is $6 per room per night, but here it’s charged per person? The front desk is never staffed, the phone number on the door is out of service, and you always have to wait 30–40 minutes to find someone—there’s no real service to speak of. The laundry service costs $5 per kilogram, while at other hotels it’s $5 for 7 kilograms. The other local island hotels we stayed at, at $80 per night, are ten times better in terms of service, environment, and cleanliness.

Will be great hotel when it's complete to a good standard.

Liked:This was the closest to bikini beach the bed was comfy the host was very friendly.

Disliked:Sad to say I am electrician and the electrics were very poor dangerous light switch in bathroom also 3 lights not vapour proof one in the shower and back wall shower cables hanging out conduit the place is not completed no flooring just concrete and all sockets don't work or out side light. It will be great hotel when completed. The breakfast was so poor every thing cold.

Liked:Amazing stay near the perfect beach . Staff is very sweet and attentive. We had an amazing snorkeling and fishing experience. The restaurant with a sea view is breathtaking. Definitely would come back
