Awful place to stay run down hotel and bad customer service.

Liked:It was awful. Hotel is run down. Our toilet was leaking and our room smelt like sewage. Flys all over the room. Air conditioning unit was leaking water all over the floor. Did not move us to another room. Did nothing to correct the issue and didn’t get a discount on the room. I do not recommend this hotal

Disliked:AC extremely noisy. Old building that got the rooms renovated. Hotel restaurant understaffed - only one person taking orders both at tables and bar, cleaning tables, bringing food - which made the service really slow - I don’t blame the waiter/waitress they were really attentive.

Good value for money. Great location and good amenities

Liked:The hotel was great; better than my expectations of Travelodge. The nespresso was a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and i liked that provided the body wash, shampoo, etc. the room was clean, bed were comfortable. The luggage trolley was helpful; ample parking; the hotel was pet friendly.

Disliked:The breakfast could have been included in the $225 cost. And also have options for tea drinkers.
