Disappointment in Quebec City

Liked:Location was good

Disliked:Staff was not responsive when informed of a broken bed on our first night. Four nights later it had not been resolved. Additionally, denied that personal property was left in the closet.

superb location big room

Liked:location is superb walking distance in old quebec city having two queen beds were great after a tired tour
