Our stay was comfortable.

Liked:Location is a couple kms from Old Quebec but easily walkable. There is no breakfast but food places right outside down the block.

Disliked:There is no washer and dryer, but it has all the other amenities you need in the kitchenette. This is in a location where there are street people hanging around outside in this area. Parking is in the library parkade across the street, but it is close and $18 per day. Room is one large room so no privacy if you had a third person sleeping on the pull out couch.

Liked:The ad was good. The service was bad. They stole $140 from me in bogus fees. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. There are bums and homeless everywhere . The neighborhood sucks and is dangerous at night

Liked:Modern flat, great location. Easy access to both apartment and parking lot across the road. Comfortable beds and everything we needed was in the apartment. Within walking distance from Old Quebec. Really quiet at night.

Disliked:Noisy ventilation but necessary. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Disliked:We stayed at this property as a family and were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The most serious issue was the sofa bed, which was broken and unusable. The pull-out section was not properly attached to the frame and separated during the night while being used, causing a fall. This was particularly frustrating because the apartment was booked based on the advertised sleeping arrangements. We also found a cracked window in the apartment, which raised safety concerns, especially when traveling with children. In addition, the elevator appeared to be under repair or construction, as it was covered with protective construction plastic during our stay. This created an unfinished impression of the building. The surrounding area may not be ideal for families with children. During the days, we observed a significant number of homeless individuals and people appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol nearby. Some interactions in the area felt uncomfortable, and we did not always feel safe walking around with children. I hope the property addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
