When booking an apartment, make SURE that what you as booking is really what you want!

Liked:When I booked through Booking.com, I was looking for an apartment for four people. I wanted an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms, however when we arrived, we found two bedrooms with no doors (just curtains) and only one bathroom. When I contacted the property, I was told that was what I had requested and that was what I got! They also told me they were fully occupied, there were no other properties at that time and, of course, no cancellation. We ended up staying there but were not very happy. (I subsequently retraced all my steps from Booking.com to all the emails from Les Lofts Dorchester and not once did I ever find the description as only ONE bathroom anywhere on Booking web site, nor in any of the confirmation emails from Les Lofts Vieux-Québec.)

Liked:This is a very spacious apartment with a kitchen in the unit and laundry room in the hallway. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly. They have luggage storage across the street for early arrival. It is conveniently located with many bus options nearby.

Wonderful stay at Lofts Dorchester!

Liked:We had a fabulous stay in the Lofts Dorchester. The apartment was amazing. Spacious and very comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the old town and main sites. We walked everywhere, apart from taking the ferry to Nevis and back. Numerous restaurants nearby. Most importantly an excellent supermarket 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.
