Liked:Even though this was not a traditional lodging with a "live" host, the check-in process was easy (No Line-ups, no issues, all at your own pace). When I had a question earlier in the day, I called the contact number and spoke to someone that had the answers. The Apt was big with nice windows onto Saint Jean Street. Location is IDEAL as you have easy access to both Old Quebec and St. Jean Baptiste areas. They have an elevator, but accessing the front door seemed impossible for a wheelchair. I don't know if there was a "better" entrance. A complete kitchen and a grocery store 2 blocks away.

Disliked:Be aware of the Saint Jean street closure through the summer. This sucks for driving and parking, but is great for reducing noise and walking around. You will not be able to just drive up to the front door on check-in. Unloading will be an effort with a young family in tow as you park around the corner (probably illegaly), trek your stuff to the lobby, and then go back to move your car to legal parking. Parking in/around Old Quebec is an adventure. At least here you will have several option, but unlikely you will park within 1 block of this residence.
