Liked:Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town of Quebec City. Lovely rooms, a comfortable stay and a smooth check in experience - although there were no staff around in the hotel they were very helpful and prompt to respond to messages.

Disliked:There’s no staff onsite. While the staff on the phone tried to help as much as they can, it is a bit of a bizarre experience. I guess it’s the sign of time.
