We appreciated the prompt attention to a few concerns. We loved the property and Quebec!

Liked:It was comfortable for 8 adults and well-located for amenities and seeing the city.

Disliked:The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night

Great location to visit Vieux Quebec Cite!

Liked:Location was great! We walked or took taxis where we wanted to go and there was a grocery store very close by open until 10 p.m.! Unit was in good condition. It was very clean and all amenities in the apartment were good. Showers were easy to use and hot water plentiful!

Disliked:Bathroom drain in sink of one of the upstairs bathrooms was very slow draining - likely clogged and as a result, we did not use this bathroom very much. 'Loft' means two flights of stairs! Not a problem, just wish we knew ahead of time.

Liked:Great location with a grocery shop on the corner and plenty of restaurants. We walked into the old town every day and found it to be a nice walk and not too far (group of us between ages of 30 - 60). The apartment was as advertised, very clean and spacious and comfy beds. The hot tub was great, easy to use and temperature perfect (+100). Note, budget $10 - 15 a night for parking if you have a car. We found street parking to not really be an option.

We loved the area and apartment. It just needs a little more attention

Liked:The location was excellent, with many restaurants to choose from on the same block and a grocery store right down the street. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and roomy. The code was sent to us by email so we didn’t need to pick up any keys, although an earlier check-in would have been appreciated

Disliked:I read in previous reviews that the place was well stocked. We didn’t find this to be true. There were no coffee filters or coffee, laundry detergent, even the salt grinder was empty. The volume on the TV did not work, so that was difficult to use. Also, instructions on the hot tub would have been helpful. We couldn’t get it above 83 degrees F, so weren’t really able to use that
