Beautiful lodging and rooftop pool, walking distance to Old Québec

Liked:The lodging, fully equipped kitchen, location, safety, rooftop pool.

Disliked:The name of the building wasn't accurately stated. My taxi driver ended up in another area and we had to call to get the actual name of the building. Some unhoused people around, but unfortunately it is a universal issue.

Owner gave wrong door code and we were stuck outside. Apartment was nice and as described.

Liked:Property was well kept and as described

Disliked:Manager gave the incorrect door code for entry into the building. We needed to ask other residents to let us in and tell us the code. Owner was not responsive when we informed them we could not get in. No apology or acknowledgement of the error when it was reported to them via messages.

Liked:Great space. So well located! Walkable distance to the Lower Town. Fantastic amenities.

Disliked:Flat was very clean - but some lesser used spaces could do with a thorough once over (in drawers and cupboards etc). Main spaces are all spotless though
