Worth hotel for a stay in Quebec City

Liked:Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It had a refrigerator, coffee machine and even a microwave, that we didn't know about. Staff was nice and polite. Check in and check out with no hassle. Location is convenient and the price was fair for the room.

Disliked:There was construction work on the hotel site that we weren't informed about, and to make matters worse, they gave us a room whose window overlooked the construction site, so we woke up at 6:45 with the arrival of heavy machinery on site and the start of the work...
