Disliked:Notre douche ne fonctionnait pas et l hôtel n’a rien fait pour nous compenser . Très très décevant pour un hôtel de cette gamme . Très mauvaise expérience . La direction de la hôtel ne nous a jamais contacté et essayer de comprendre la situation malgré le fait qu un employé est venu constater le bris de de la douche . Je ne recommande pas cer hôtel car ,e service n était pas à la hauteur et cela a gâcher notre séjour et notre expérience

Nice stay

Liked:Room and bathroom spacious size, amenities ( coffee machine, fridge) beautiful gardens, tasty breakfast, excellent evening and kind personnel. At all times we could eat on the nice terrace, always a bonus.

Disliked:Room was cold and humid when we arrived, maybe due to AC running continuously at less than 18 degrees? We fixed it by adjusting AC temperature and runtimes with opening regularly the windows. Floor carpet outdated and floor hallway a bit dusty. Toilet had little pressure, so we had to flush it several times.
