Liked:Lovely view of Plains of Abraham from our room. Bed very comfortable. Close to restaurants and just uphill from entrance to old city.

Very enjoyable. We will definitely come back to the Chateau Laurier.

Liked:The room was very spacious, the bathroom felt luxurious, and the soft bathrobes are a nice touch. The plates, glassware, and plenty of storage spaces were nice conveniences. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were nice.

Disliked:The bed frame corners were very sharp and unfortunately my wife injured herself twice during our stay. It would be nicer if they were rounded or if the sofa and other chair were not so close to the bed, so that there is greater clearance.

Liked:Location and nice room.

Disliked:No information on breakfast,or the wine machine in the hall. There was no instructions on how to use the machine. We didnt get any details about breakfast times and cost. Instead of a robe maybe slippers would be better. However, we loved the place and would recommend it. These are just suggestions for you.

Disliked:My first (!) room was very cold and overlooked the Allée - noise til 3am on my first night after I only got in from UK at 1am…
