Liked:the front desk staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked:Before checking in, I clearly requested a quiet room, and the hotel confirmed my request. However, I was still given a room facing the street, which was noisy. It completely ignored my needs and made it difficult to rest. In addition, the WiFi was very unstable. Another issue is the weak flushing power of the toilet. It was so poor that even toilet paper wouldn’t go down, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. Also, the bathroom sink counter was very small, making it extremely easy for water to splash or spill out . Another major issue is the housekeeping service. The hotel stated that if I submit a request, they would come to the room for basic cleaning, such as taking out the trash and replacing towels. However, even after I submitted the request, none of this was done. I don’t understand why there is even a system for submitting requests if they are simply ignored.

I would recommend this hotel.

Liked:Good location, comfortable bed, amazing front desk.

Disliked:There is not enough parking at the hotel. Paid parking in a short distance.
