Would Not Stay Here Again

Liked:Not impressed. Front desk and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and completely professional but entirely unable to help with anything. Room stank when we got there. Disturbing carpet stains. Coffee machine leaked. 1 tiny washing machine and 1 tiny dryer available for the entire hotel. The dryer charged my credit card but would not turn on. Had to call a 1-800 number for maintenance and speak to a person with a very-difficult-to-understand accent so that I could email her a copy of my credit card receipt and she could mail me a check. When I asked the front desk why there wasn’t a sign, they said they could not put an out of order sign up until the company sent someone to service the machine. No knob available in the whirlpool/hot tub (we went for a sporting event and were looking forward to some muscle recovery time). Iron and TV in the room didn’t work when we got there. Online said free continental breakfast available. It was not. Food was order through the bistro cafe and charge it to your room or credit card.
