Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Please note that the standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. local time. For guests wishing to check in earlier, a fee of $500 MXN per adult (13 years or older) and $250 MXN for children (ages 3–12) will apply. Additionally, for guests bringing a car and wishing to check in early, a flat rate of $50 MXN per vehicle will be charged on the check-in day. Upon arrival and payment of these fees, guests will have access to all on-property amenities, including restaurants, pools, and activities. Guestrooms will be assigned at the resort’s earliest convenience but will not be guaranteed until 3:00 p.m. local time. A deposit may be required at the property.
