Great staff, great food, amazing property and fun for all the family

Liked:The staff is very friendly and always with the best attitude, always helpful. The food at the buffet was really good! The servers were fantastic always there for us

Disliked:The air conditioning in my room wasn’t cold all the time The music at the family party (World cup 2026 inauguration ) the Dj didn’t think and played a very sexually and vulgar explicit song that wasn’t appropriate for families with kids.

I would go again if I didn’t have to interact with the front desk staff

Liked:Front desk staff was not friendly and way too aggressive but the rest of the staff housekeeping just walking around the property with phenomenal front desk. Staff needs better training about Customer Service Service.
