Great that we were with a group of like minded people in this clean, comfortable resort.

Liked:Solange was amazing at helping us make booking and generally get organised. Mayelin at the Ocean Bar was a delight! She served drinks but also helped us bring the Party atmosphere to the coast. She was a skilled drinkologist and has a really genuine love of people.

Disliked:The woman who makes reservations at the 3 à la carte restaurants is totally unfriendly and impolite.

Liked:The beach was really good, the food was tasty, most of the waiters were really nice, the pool was ok, the room was nice.

Disliked:We complain about the phone in the room twice and they didn't resolve it. They should uptaded the system to make reservations in the restaurants. We waste almost 40 minutes in the line to made a reservation and at the end didn't get the restaurant that we want. There's no information in the room about the services and facilities and in the reception they didn't tell us either. There weren't any person staff in the door of the Octopus Restaurant and there were a lot of people in the line in the stairs which was unsafe.

Liked:Everything was fine, except there wasn't much entertainment, and they only played American music because most of the guests were Canadian. I'm Dominican, and they didn't play any Latin music at the hotel.🤨
