If you need a resort for 3+ nights, stay somewhere else.

Liked:Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice view of the ocean. Bar staff was attentive.

Disliked:We arrived at 3:30 pm and the room wasn't ready until after 5:30 pm. The room AC was leaking and I had to request towels for the third person 2 nights in a row. They didn't leave shampoo-conditioner for 2 nights and when I requested it, gel shower was sent to the room. The food at the buffet was mediocre. Pancakes were gone by 9 am daily. A la carte Brazilian and Mexican restaurants were Ok, but service was slow. Entertainment exists, but it's repetitive. Wifi is weak and mainly worked at the lobby.
