Disliked:Disrespect of staff to NOT use MY NAME as I provided, on the stupid welcome message on the TV. How is it Skyler's job to change MY NAME I provided?!?!?!? He blamed Booking.com. They had my name right in all communication with me. He messed MY NAME up. I really hate excuses. Tell your employees to use the name the CUSTOMER provides, not what the employee thinks it's supposed to be. I am going to another Hampton Inn next weekend and frankly, I dread it and having to deal with another employee that could show me disrespect.

Good place to rest for the night.

Liked:Clean, helpful staff

Disliked:When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

Beds were comfortable. The airconditioning in the rooms was ok but not in the lobby
