Expensive for what you get and not very nice staff

Liked:Didn’t like much about it. Stood at the front counter for around 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help us check in. Bathroom was kind of dirty and the carbon monoxide detector was still covered in plastic and tape from when they last painted.

Disliked:The people at the front desk were not very helpful and couldn’t find someone when we needed to check in

Liked:Breakfast was fine. Basic stuff that every hotel has. I liked the chocolate milk.

Disliked:I would prefer pancakes under a hot plate to waffles because the waffles take so long, especially if there is a line of people that want them.

I wouldn't return to this location when I go to Provo.

Liked:Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large. Ample parking. Pet friendly. Liked having a large refrigerator and freezer.

Disliked:Door to enter room kept sticking and was challenging to open. Ice machine was missing. Breakfast wasn't edible. Bathroom next to the bed is a challenge for two people - needs a door. Couldn't use the pool due to high chlorine level - couldn't breathe in the pool room - very dangerous. No jacuzzi/spa.

Truely amazing. We stay here whenever we travel through utah.

Liked:This location is close to numerous dining options and has a private outdoor patio along the green way. Secluded but within walking distance to dining. This hotel is by far the best anywhere.
