Liked:Everything was lovely . I was disappointed that we didn't have a lift to our appartment but weren't told about this until our arrival. I have chronic back pain from a car accident . Other than this the place was lovely .

Disliked:No lift to our appartment not stated on the booking .

Liked:The apartment is huge, well equipped and nicely decorated.

Disliked:It gets really noisy at night due to the location - lots of shouting partygoers passing by.

Great location but disappointing overall.

Liked:Right in the heart of everything at the old town. Near to Charles bridge and astronomical clock. Very roomy apartment with all you needed should you wish to cook or have meals there. Lots of storage space and decent shower and big bathroom.

Disliked:Initially quite tricky to find as it’s literally a big door between the shops. Bed linen ripped on main bed and looked shabby, and beds were not that comfy. Sofa bed in living room very hard. We were there 5 nights and no new towels, fresh linen or bins emptied. On last day and night of our holiday there was a buzzing noise (mechanical) that hadn’t been there before, it literally went on and off buzzing all night. Initially we thought it was someone’s phone but it was above the bed and looked like some kind of fan that must have been faulty. This kept us awake all night as it could be heard in living room too. The company thought compensation of 50% of one night stay was ample compensation but it marred the full last day of our stay so work that one out? Booking.com no help either so beware if booking through them. Spoilt whet was otherwise a good stay.

Worth the money and convenience to stay here. A little dated but none the less still worth it.

Liked:The location was perfect,

Disliked:The key situation (only one key was available and we had another couple with us and often did other things). More towels although I did wash them. And the elevator was not the best.
