Liked:I was very impressed with the front desk staff, especially Airu and Ilya, who were so very helpful, friendly and patient. Made me feel welcome from the first day, and continued to be so delightful throughout. There were also quite a few food options close to the hotel. 10-12 minutes walk to Old Town Square, 20-25 minutes to Charles Bridge.

Beautiful space, great accommodations, entrally located.

Liked:Rooms are very clean, cozy, and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I had an unexpected early check-in. Love the space and the design.
