Great location but bad communication!

Liked:Great location and spacious apartment. However, I sent an email requesting late check out and didn’t hear back. Even if you can’t accommodate a late check out you should reply to your guest. Communication is a key in hospitality business. Also, the language storage should be free if you require your guests to leave by 10 am.

Disliked:The check out is at 10 am.

Liked:Location is amazing, close to everything, Our apartment was very big, with comfy beds.

Disliked:There is not cleaning services, but when we asked we did get a change of towels. Wifi was pretty weak in some areas of the room. There is no reception most of the time, so hard to communicate
