Disliked:The 11am checkout and 3pm check in . Plus it’s 20 euros for any additional hours . Too restrictive

Very nice stay in a central area of Prague

Liked:I only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for me. The location in downtown Prague was very convenient, and the hotel was particularly easy for me to get around from, which was important for my knees. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room was clean, and it was clear that the bathroom had been recently renovated. Overall, everything was quite nice and comfortable. I didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the other facilities and services the hotel offers, so unfortunately I can’t comment on those.

Disliked:The first thing I was asked for was my passport even though I had already paid for the room in advance. I don’t understand why, after everything was prepaid, they couldn’t simply give me the key and let me get on with my stay. It gave me the feeling that some of the old communist-era mentality is still alive in former communist countries. It’s a small thing, but after a long journey, being confronted with unnecessary bureaucracy at check-in is frustrating.

Liked:Great location with convenient proximity to the city center and main tourist attractions. Beautiful and modern rooms, with hot water and very good water pressure in the bathroom. Very high standard of cleanliness, and the kosher meals were delicious and varied.

Disliked:However, the hotel is located next to a main road and traffic noise leaks into the room. Additionally, the highway directly faces the rooms, making it impossible to open the windows for fresh air.
