Good hotel to stay with kids

Liked:Spacious and large room, perfect for families. We requested an extra bed and a crib, and everything was arranged without any issues. The heating worked very well, keeping the room warm even on very cold days. The shower was good and adjustable. Daily cleaning was done properly and everything was always tidy. Towels were in very good condition, despite some previous comments saying otherwise. Breakfast is simple but has all the basics: eggs, bread, cheese, salami, some vegetables, cereals, coffee, juice, milk, and tea. There was also cake and apples. The breakfast area is well organized, with two sections and plenty of chairs for small children, which is very convenient for families. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The hotel has two entrances (one with stairs and another more accessible), which is very useful when traveling with a stroller or luggage. The elevator works perfectly. Good location, close to public transport and with some restaurants nearby. We ordered dinner twice and the delivery was fast. Also, the city center is about a 15-minute walk away.

Disliked:Breakfast could have more variety, especially more fruit options. The pillow is quite low, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The shower could be slightly higher for taller guests.

Very open and comfortable space

Liked:The reception was very kind and helpful, I had booked very last minute and they reserved parking for me by phone. The family room was excellent, each room was very large and clean. The internet was very good and fast. The breakfast was varied for a German model and the choices were good. The location was very good and quiet in terms of the city. We walked to the metro with the child five minutes. We wanted to book more nights but unfortunately it was full. I will definitely come back.

Disliked:For the price, it could have been a little more modern. But there really wasn't anything worth with it.

Liked:The location is excellent 5min walk from trams, and underground. Very quiet neighbourhood. The size of the room was very spacious, the beds very comfortable. Buffet breakfast nice and always replenished.

Liked:The location was perfect. The breakfast was enough, included cheese because we love cheese :)) The reception was great. One night we needed to have kettle because we were freezing, the reception helped us for it. Thank you again!
