Disliked:I arrived after a long journey from Poland to the address listed in the confirmation sent to my email. The address was incorrect. It was raining, my battery was at 13%, I didn’t have my glasses, it was dark, and I was tired. Even a Czech guy couldn’t find the location, even after he spoke with the hosts! They tried to help by sending me the location via Google Maps on WhatsApp – try explaining to them that in such a situation, it’s impossible to reach it when the phone is wet and the battery is about to die. I was supposed to fill out a stay form, something I didn’t know about because no other hostels in Prague had asked me for this. The weird part is that while I was lost in the dark and rain, the host – who initially tried to be polite and patient – started talking about filling out the form!!! What on earth? I explained that I would happily do it once I arrived. It became a surreal nightmare. Fortunately, a Czech shop owner helped me by ordering a taxi to another hostel for me; he was very sweet. I don’t know how the experience inside the guesthouse itself is – it might be excellent. But for me, it was a terrible disappointment after an 8-hour trip from Poland. The location is confusing and misleading, I wasted money on taxis, and in the end, all I got was a scolding for not filling out a form that I could have filled out later. They should update the address on the confirmation email. This could turn into a nightmare for certain travelers, and after all, Czechia is not an English-speaking country. They really need to learn from this.

Small but beautiful room for one person near center of Prague

Liked:The location was perfect and the building was really nice. The flat is on the fourth floor, so there's a great view. The room itself was elegant and comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was available and looked nice.

Disliked:A tram goes down the street, and even on the fourth floor I could hear it quite well.

Superb

Liked:The location is pretty good. It has a tram station right at the gate and a < 5-minute walk to the underground station. Facilities, including a kitchen, laundry, and a public fridge, help a lot. As a solo traveler, I'll come back and choose this hotel again.
