My stay was wonderful except fire what I just explained.

Liked:Breakfast was wonderful. Great variety of foods, both hot and cold. Room was great.

Disliked:The main reason I picked this property was because it advertised a shuttle service to the airport. When I asked for the time for the shuttle service I was informed that they did not have a shuttle service. The receptionist asked me to show him where that was advertised and I promptly did. He said he would ask the manager. We were informed that they would not provide a shuttle service and I could order a taxi for €40. I did not inquire if that was per person. This was very disappointing.

Disliked:Check in process, took so long more than passport control at airport. Self service regarding luggage. Smell of the floor similar to hospitals.
