Liked:Let me tell you, I am extremely particular about cleanliness - to the point where it can sometimes feel like a curse when staying in hotels. At this hotel, however, I genuinely did not have to worry about a thing. If there is one word I would use to describe the hotel and its rooms, it is POLISHED. The beds were spotless, including the inside of pillows and duvets themselves. Every glass, every mirror, every light switch, every marble surface - everything was exceptionally clean, polished and shiny. No discoloured silicone in the bathroom, no rust, no mysterious gunk hiding at the bottom of the shower door. Nothing. This is the kind of cleanliness I very rarely encounter in hotels. Absolute perfection. Please tell my thanks to the cleaning crew.

Disliked:The only thing - please, update the TVs so guests can watch Netflix, screen sharing did not work.
