Liked:The apartment was very neat with required items

Disliked:Apartment bad as it had no lift for a three storey building. We struggled with our luggage for a family of 5 stay.. they should indicate that in their description so elderly guest can avoid it, people travelling with luggage too. They should also be more polite and possibly provide a helper to guide guest at least first day in, to settle into the apartment.
