Liked:The quality of the hotel is excellent, as always.

Disliked:Extremely disappointing experience with the reception and check-in process. I stayed at this Hyatt just one week ago and checked in using my valid Czech residence permit card without any problem. This week, I returned to the same hotel with the same valid document, only to be told that it was suddenly not sufficient and that a passport was required. For a hotel operating under the Hyatt name, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Guests should not have to guess which documents will be accepted depending on the receptionist on duty. If the hotel has a specific check-in policy, it should be clear, communicated in advance, and most importantly, applied consistently. Instead of feeling welcomed as a returning guest, I was put in an unnecessarily uncomfortable situation at reception. I expected professionalism and consistent standards from Hyatt. Unfortunately, this experience was far below those expectations and seriously affected my impression of the hotel.
