Liked:Super comfortable hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, good location pretty close to the city center.

Disliked:Extremely expensive parking! I never seen such prices anywhere in Germany. 28€/night

Liked:We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a hockey tournament in Potsdam. The rooms were airy and light and very quiet even with a road next to our side of the hotel. The room was serviced each day. Fantastic facilities and as others have mentioned a superb breakfast with such a large variety of food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar staff were also very busy, but still friendly and fun.

Disliked:. Our only issue is the 28 euro parking fee per day. 140 Euros for 5 days parking is shocking. This is far too expensive and I noted that most guests park their cars around the area and by the park opposite to save this high charge. We would return again, but park elsewhere.
