Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Full payment is required at check-in. Please note that on-site parking is limited, and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Parking cannot be reserved. On street parking is available around the hotel (JA or JD zones) using council scratchcards available at reception (GBP 6.00 for 24 hours). The historic dockyard car park is directly opposite the hotel. This is subject to availability, and hotel guests have a reduced rate (conditions apply). Some leisure facilities are chargeable and time restrictions apply. Guests are advised that occasionally functions take place in the club. On these occasions it is possible music can be heard until midnight. The Swimming Pool is open Monday - Friday from 3.30 PM until 8 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays its open from 8 AM until 8 PM. The Jacuzzi is currently closed for maintenance until further notice. For Cash payments I.D must be shown on arrival. Smoking is not permitted and will result in payment of a fine, any damages to the property will need to be paid at reception. We're doing some light refurbishment at the hotel to improve our guest experience, but any disruption will be kept to a minimum. Thanks for your understanding. A deposit may be required at the property.
