Food was good location was excellent but no sleep for the price of the room it’s needs to be given at a discount

Disliked:I didn’t sleep all night room 014 the generator was outside the window. All night droning in my ears the only space that was quiet was the bathroom.

Liked:I had a wonderful time with this being my first international visit from the US. The location was fantastic, the pool and hot tub were great, breakfast and dinner were fantastic and i love having everything fresh made on site. Even though it was during one of the many UK heat waves, being able to jump in the pool or go down to the pier for some ice cream was a great way to beat the heat. We had our meals included in the price and we made full use of that, it was also nice to have the option of using the included menu or having a limit that could be used on the main menu.

Disliked:The AC being out, but we knew going in that it was having problems and we had brought with us means of beating the heat as well as using the provided fans. the rooms get cleaned at slightly odd times as well but once we learned the routine we were able to plan our days more effectively.

Disappointed, would not stay there again.

Liked:Location was ok.

Disliked:Food at breakfast not replenished, chairs were dirty, coffee machine not working. One lift not working for our 3 day stay . Room not particularly clean. Parking , was ok if you could find a spare place, if not you had to park in thr road but you could get a permit from reception.
