Very disappointing

Liked:It was clean

Disliked:My experience was disappointing from start to finish. It began with the company Open Mind, whose customer service was extremely poor. During my phone call, the representative repeatedly spoke over me and did not listen when I explained that I was not receiving the code required for ID verification. I asked to speak with a manager but was told that no one with authority was available. I then requested to speak with another colleague at the same level. Although they initially seemed more helpful, they ultimately ended the call by hanging up on me. This level of customer service was unacceptable. Upon arriving at the property, I discovered that there was no on-site parking, despite my expectations. Only street parking was available. Unfortunately, when I woke the following morning, a nearby vehicle had been broken into, which was very concerning. The rooms were also much smaller than expected, adding to my disappointment. Overall, I was very unimpressed with the entire experience. Due to the poor customer service, lack of suitable parking, and the accommodation itself, I would not book this property again and would not recommend it.

Liked:I liked the layout of the property, the beds was really comfortable and the house was warm at night, even the bathroom was a cool design.

Disliked:The shower temperature was a bit faulty and the hot water took a while to kick in apart from that everything else was good.

Liked:Nothing very bad experience

Disliked:No car parking space there I got £35 plenty chargers . And you can’t contact to staff after 5 and you can’t contact to weekend
