the MOST perfect stay

Liked:We liked everything about the hi-lo! The staff were great the room was spacious and stunning & the location is right in downtown! Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed while in Portland

Very nice.

Liked:Breakfast was good. Understaffed, only one person and he was new. So it was a bit slow.

Disliked:The billing. Everyone in our party had at least one thing billed wrong. Our breakfast was not credited, clearly stated it would be and other charges were also wrong. It was cleared up, but an inconvenience to deal with.

Disliked:The property was excellent. The negative was the homeless people in the area.

Loved it. Would stay again.

Liked:The vibe of hotel was very chill. Very clean as well. I ESPECIALLY LOVED the bathroom. Great water pressure. Walking distance from downtown Portland.

Disliked:Not really hotel’s fault, but location was sketchy. No private parking. I was on edge that car was going to get broken into. But thankfully it was not.
