Ok Hotel but not at level of an Embassy Suite Hotel

Liked:Location of the hotel is goods.. Staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The parking at the hotel is only Valet and very expensive for the location. Hotel is very outdated. It needs a major renovation. Rooms are renovated to some degree but still need more renovation. The breakfast area on lower level needs the most updating. It is so dark with a dark navy ceiling. The floor is sticky all of the time. Food provided is ok but isn't in the level of an Embassy Suite. Furniture in the breakfast room are very old. We were there 4 days. # day out of 4 days their only soda fountain was out of service. It was still not working when we left.
