Disliked:We had problems with the air conditioner but the staff upgraded our room to one with a river view

Liked:Location next to the river is great.

Disliked:Accessing Wifi requires joining Hilton's loyalty program - really petty! A cost for nightly parking is not unusual but should be more transparent before booking (currently $35).

Perfect location of Oaks Skating Rink accessibility and awesome river walk

Liked:Great location and awesome river trail. Staff was outstanding!

Disliked:Too many perks were actually tied to being a Hilton member, and the WiFi was not great for me personally. Even when connected wasn’t able to send or receive texts.
