Did What We Needed

Liked:We wanted to stay near family so the location was great. Lack of exterior lighting and uneven paving made arrival a bit treacherous - had to use our phone flashlights. Main living space is upstairs which we did not know prior. Kind of an odd layout. Downstairs bedrooms very spacious- upstairs (with slanted roof), not so much. It was clean, in a good neighborhood and did what we needed it to do, so worked for us. Host was very responsive to questions.

simply perfect. I needed a short getaway out of the city and got to enjoy good food in a great accommodation.

Liked:quiet, conveniently located, clean, and an amazing value. Our host was extremely accommodating without being overbearing whatsoever. Definitely one of my favorite stays in Portland over the years.

Disliked:There's nothing not to like. If you're traveling with two people, this place is perfect. Because each room is on a different floor you have the option to hang out in the common areas or go back to your own rooms for some personal space.
