Liked:The location is perfect for Woodward Dream Cruise and facilities are always nice.

Disliked:The room thermometer is not correct. The temperature reading is not the actual room temperature.

Take care of this hotel and your guests more.

Liked:First, of all the A/C was broken Second, No water in the refrigerator and when you call the front desk for water bottles, they said you have to come downstairs and get them. Third, No toothpaste in the room. I have to go downstairs and ask for one. Neither mouth wash. I want you guys to understand that I cannot bring this items in my bag when I fly here. Why you do not offer it and have it in the room. At least deliver it if a guest asks for it and you do not want to keep it in the room. Cleanliness is really good. But maintenance is bad. This is happened more than once. One time before I had a broken pipe in my room and flooded my front area of my room. Please work on that you have a beautiful facility.
